The Early Years signed to Beggars Banquet in 2006 and wasted no time in putting out two limited singles plus an outstanding self-titled debut album, which Drowned in Sound praised for its “noisy majesty”, NME labelled “an explosion of unbridled sonic pleasure” and Artrocker decreed to be most definitely “the right side of prog.”
