New Year
This was made by our mate Dave Doubledrop. He made the Eat Junk Become Junk video which was the cheapest and best and most fun video we ever did. For this one the label gave him a decent budget and we just said: “Do whatever you want just so long as none of us have to be in it!” It’s the best way to make a video. When we saw it we didn’t even ask for any edits. MTV didn’t like it because they didn’t get the story…duh? What’s to get? Girl walks around with a shopping trolley and a neck brace. Sounds like a perfectly reasonable music video to me.
