“Bad Algebra is about how being in the company of certain people can make you feel more alone than if you were on your own. I think that’s true of a lot of relationships, and it can be a comforting thing as well as an isolating feeling. “You are my solitude, i’m never so alone by myself”. There can be a tendency to analyse/scrutinise your own behaviour when in the company of another.”
