Pram were from Moseley Birmingham aqnd described by All Music as “Equally quaint and unsettling. They signed to Too Pure in 1993 after releasing a mini album on their own label “Howl Records”. They released three albums and numerous EP’s on Too Pure, the relationship lasted until 1995
