Bim Sherman started his career in Kingston, Jamaica. He moved to London in 1979 and became a regular collaborator for On-U-Sound.

Solid as a Rock was released in 1997 on the album ‘It must be a Dream’ on Mantra Recordings.

Bim released three albums on Mantra throughout the late 1990s; ‘Miracle’, ‘It Must be a Dream’ and ‘What Happened?’.
