Radial Spangle were from Oklahoma, and comprised Alan Laird, April Tippens & Richard English. Friends of Mercury Rev, Radial spangle used David Fridmann to engineer both albums they released in the 90’s, Ice Cream Headache & Syrup Macrame. The band split in 1996
